Step One: Pressure Washing
All exterior wood surfaces are pre-soaked with the appropriate cleaner and pressure washed by a highly skilled pressure-washing technician. Whether it is removing mold, mildew, dirt or debris with our biodegradable and environmentally safe mold and mildew killing solution on previously painted or stained surfaces or we are using wood cleaner and brightener on weathered wood. We are qualified to get any surface ready for any solid, semi solid or semi-transparent stains available.
After allowing ample drying time we proceed setting up a clean safe work area. We put down protective tarps and plastic ware needed on Landscaping and prep the Surface by scraping, sanding and caulking where necessary then we apply plastic with tape to Windows and Doors where needed and apply most products with an airless sprayer, back brush and backroll process. This ensures the product is working to the wood and evenly distributed.
CLEAN UP
After product application, we remove all plastic, tarps and equipment then perform a final approval walkthrough with the customer leaving a clean professionally finished product to enjoy for years to come.
CONCRETE WASH & SEAL
CONCRETE WASH
All concrete pool decks, driveways, walkways and patios are pre-soak with are biodegradable and vegetation safe mildewcide cleaner. A large areas we pressure wash with our large Surface Cleaner to achieve professional results and the rest is cleaned with a gun and wand by hand.
CONCRETE SEAL
We apply industrial-grade products to achieve a protective coat from natural elements and salts used for snow and ice. Whether it is a wet look on a stamped concrete or aggregate pool deck or patio or you're just looking for a clear coat finish to protect your concrete driveway, walkway or patio we had the experience to apply the proper products professional.
